Fourteen years in business have positioned us as one of the leading Real Estate Consulting Companies on the Costa del Sol. In our track record, we have successfully marketed more than 3,000 homes worth 1.3 billion euros, handled 8 projects as global project managers, and carried out more than 240 valuations and market studies.
Thanks to our professionalism and knowledge of the second home market, in the first quarter of 2022 we consolidated our international expansion by opening our subsidiary Prime Invest Dominican Republic.

The company was founded with the aim to provide comprehensive advice on the real estate process, through a partnership under the commercial umbrella of PRIME ANDALUS.
2011
Founding of PRIME INVEST as a commercial brand focused on commercialising banking assets and providing clients with verifiable data.
2012
The company accumulates over 1,000 units in a portfolio of exclusive properties, highlighting 600 for Cataluña Caixa Inmobiliaria and 220 for Banco Sabadell.
2013
We begin to offer consulting services to investment funds. Valuation and due diligence assistance for Kingstreet, Sareb, Lonestar, Fortress, HIG, among others.
2015
The company successfully commercialised more than 1,500 units on The Costa del Sol.
2016
Agreements were signed with leading Spanish developers to commercialise their second home projects: Neinor, Kronos, Metrovacesa, OSIM, Dazia, Bekinsa, Insersa.
2017
Establishment of PRIME CONSULTING as a division of the company specialising in newly built Market Studies and Strategic Consultancy.
2018
Relocation to the new company offices and founding of PRIME PROJECT’s division as Global Project Manager and Developer Delagate.
2020
Delivery of ARIA BY THE BEACH project.
2021
Launch of CORALLISA SIGNATURE HOMES IBIZA, the company's project in Ibiza, with the involvement of Prime Invest 4 business units.
Commissioning of the Comprehensive Management for DUNIQUE’s project.
2022
Launch of DUNIQUE MARBELLA, another project with the collaboration of Prime Invest's 4 business units.
Opening of the international division of Prime Invest Dominican Republic with its first residential project, The Seed.
